Returns for broken & damaged items will be accepted within 24 hours of delivery. Upon delivery, you must open & inspect all products for damage in transit. A refused delivery is subject to a 15% fee and reimbursement of all incurred shipping/delivery costs including a restocking fee. Should there be any damage, you must contact Swim 'N Save USA immediately and furnish pictures. With the original receipt, you may return any unopened, undamaged products within 30 days of purchase. Any issues regarding a product after the 30 day period must be dealt directly with the manufacturer. Swim 'N Save USA will be happy to provide contact methods to these manufacturers. With the original receipt, items must be returned in unopened, new and unused condition and contain all original materials included with the shipment. All returned items will be inspected and will be awarded a partial refund if opened or denied if used. If the return is a result of our error, we will refund the full cost of the unopened/undamaged merchandise and return shipping charges.
Swim 'N Save USA does not accept returns for merchandise or parts due to a incorrect, faulty, modified or altered installation. It is the customers responsibility if he/she does not feel completely comfortable performing a repair/installation of merchandise to seek the help of a legally licensed contractor, electrician, or mechanic to perform the work. If the customer does not know a licensed professional, Swim 'N Save USA will be happy to provide a list of professionals that meet or exceed the requirements of the manufacturer. All returns that are attempted due to the above situations will be denied. It will then be the customers responsibility to pay for re-delivery of the said merchandise or parts. Any work completed by a contracted company is warranted by the contractor(s) only. Swim 'N Save USA is released from any liability due to work incorrectly completed, or future work needed on these items.

During all returns, the customer may be subject to pay and/or reimburse all shipping expenses incurred for return and/or original shipping charges. shipping (insurance and tracking information is required) unless as stated above, it is our fault. For returned merchandise, a 20% restocking fee may apply to all returns. All cash/credit reversal refunds are submitted immediately upon evaluation, however, depending on the transition and banks involved you should receive your refund no later than 5-7 business days. Refunds are not honored for optics, electronics, chemicals, special orders, inflatables, toys, or products with a rebate, opened or mis-used products.
