Swim 'N Save USA, or any other company(s) involved is not responsible, liable, or held accountable for mis-information of the basic installation. Swim 'N Save USA does not refund the basic installation charge if you decide after the installation company is at the site to terminate the decision. If you have any questions regarding this, you must consult Swim 'N Save USA to clear up any mis-conceptions. Initial installation costs are not typically reimbursed if a product breaks down or needs work under the manufacturers warranty.

Swim 'N Save USA at the time does not install equipment directly and this organization is released from any and all liability for damages that may result from hands on training due to the faulty installation of equipment or injury that is beyond our control.
Delivery
Swim 'N Save USA will deliver all orders free of charge including handling fee's for all orders that exceed the minimum $75, this applies to swimming pool supplies only. Any order outside of our own delivery range will be shipped via UPS or fedEX at no additional charge. There may be a small delivery fee for any order under the $75 minimum. Also, any oversize or extremely heavy products shipped outside the Tampa Bay Area (FL) will be subject to freight fees which are to be paid by the customer. (heaters, large capacity filters, etc.) and shipped via Saia. Specific chemicals can only be delivered to Residential and Business adresses within our own delivery range due to Federal & State laws regarding the transportation of Hazardous Materials via shipping courrier. The Swim 'N Save USA delivery range consists of Pinellas, Pasco and Hillsborough Counties in the state of Florida. Any Orders that otherwise cannot be fulfilled due to transportation restrictions will be cancelled, refunded immediately and the customer will be notified of such action with the requested contact method provided. Most orders completed before 11:00am EST Mon-Fri will be delivered by the end of same business day for our delivery zones. Any orders outside that time allotment will be delivered the next business day (Mon-Fri excluding holidays) if the item is in-stock. If you would like an order delivered on a weekend, the order must be placed before 11:00am EST the Friday before and a representative of this company must be notified of your specific delivery request. The customer service department at Swim 'N Save USA is available 8am-6pm EST 7 days a week excluding holidays. All orders that cannot be delivered directly by Swim 'N Save USA will be shipped via major carrier and may take 7-10 business days or more depending on customization, stock levels, or situations outside our control (fire, flood, weather, geographical events, etc). Items marked "QuickShip" are guaranteed in-stock and will ship immediately. Items without this notification may be special order and take 7-10 business days to fulfill. If you have any questions regarding shipment times or stock levels, please contact our customer service department prior to placing your order. In the unlikely event your order has not been delivered on-time, or you have not received updates, confirmation numbers, or tracking information, please contact us immediately so we can investigate the problem and solve the situation in a timely manner.
Price Match Guarantee
Swim 'N Save USA will match the price of any product. The product must be similar, include the same offers (free shipping, rebates, etc.), must be currently in stock and within a brick and mortar store. Swim 'N Save USA does not match products at any store which is not an authorized dealer to carry the said products. These stores do not have the permission to carry products by the manufacturer and therefore a warranty is not included with the purchase. The customer must supply the information regarding store's location. Swim 'N Save USA reserves the right to decline any type of price match given any particular situation.
